Hi! My name is Cassi. I’m a 31 year old woman living in the Midwest. My story is probably familiar to a lot of other women reading this. As a teenager, I was slim and didn’t worry about what I ate. As I got older, I started to notice that I couldn’t eat anything and everything anymore! I needed to find a way to be healthy and start losing weight.
That’s when I discovered the benefits of low carb dieting. It was almost like a miracle! Of course, I’m still not as skinny as when I was a teenager, but that’s okay! I feel better and healthier now that I keep carbs out of my diet.
I have seen the huge impact a low carb diet can have, and I want to share that information with everyone else who is trying to lose weight. It’s the easiest way to get rid of extra pounds, and keep them off over time.
What I love about low carb dieting is that I’m never hungry. There is no need to starve yourself to lose weight. You also don’t need to exercise constantly. I’m a busy person, between work and family, it’s hard to make tons of time for exercise. With a low carb diet, the weight comes off whether you exercise or not.
